Process Timeline
REGISTRATION / UPLOAD ON GLOBOGATE PLATFORM: Interview invitation within 4 weeks
Placing nurse CVs/profiles on the GLOBOGATE platform that grants access to the whole German market with interesting employers (hospitals, nursery homes) at exciting work places in Germany.
SELECTION PROCESS: After the selection about 1-2 months until the language school start
Matching of your CV/profile on GLOBOGATE platform with job requirements of German employers. Organization of selection interviews with potential employers and management of adjacent administration (job offers, employment contracts, etc).
GERMAN LANGUAGE TRAINING (GLT): Duration approx. 9-12 months (including examination phases)
Intensive professionally optimized language training (fulltime, 4-5 days a week, 6-8 hours a day - provided for free and entitlement for allowance if certain requirements are met).
TRANSFER TO GERMANY: After passing the language school exam approx. 2 months until departure
Support and supervision in securing the work and residence permit, preparation for the visa and recognition application process and management/organization of the free-of-charge transfer to the destination.
START IN GERMANY: After selection until arrival in Germany approx. 11-14 months (subject to delays, e.g. due to pandemic)
Company and support at the place of deployment (introduction at employer’s work site, seeing authorities, organization of furnishing for apartments etc.) and making social contacts (culture, sports, social activities).
